Currently, we are looking for IT Operations manager for a TOP digital bank in Russia.


Department size: 50 employees



Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring the continuous operation of existing business applications 
  • Support of primary Bank's business automation systems and activities: ABS (Inversion), CRM, Internet Bank, personnel records, local business applications.
  • Integration solutions support
  • Maintenance and development of Oracle and Postgres database systems
  • Organization of DevOps culture and  K8S infrastructure development 
  • Organization support groups for major business applications
  • Incident and problems - management. Organization of work for rapid identification, analysis, and errors elimination encountered with the business systems using.
  • Management of internal IT projects


Requirements:

  • Database administration (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding the infrastructures of message exchange systems (IBM MQ, Kafka)
  • Knowledge of the key principles of the Business Process Management systems (IBM BPM)
  • Containerization, container management organization and infrastructure orchestration (Rancher, k8s)
  • Automation deployment processes,  infrastructure application management (TeamCity, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of the principles of accounting, the organization of accounting processes in banks, the formation of mandatory reporting, interaction with government bodies (ABS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the principles of CRM systems building, customer service processes, maintaining up-to-date high-quality customer information (Siebel, Salesforce)
  • Organization of service and incidents requests processing, problem management
  • Knowledge of the principles of high-availability service organization of monolithic and microservice architectures
  • Development processes organization, knowledge of the main development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience working with a distributed team
