The Customer Experience PM leads product efforts to improve customer experience and business operations. This person will work with senior stakeholders to identify their visions and business goals, understand the market problems and then work with R&D teams to deliver features that support them - from ideation to rollout. This role combines multiple disciplines and requires a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a global Customer Experience product strategy;
  • Work closely with global Customer Experience leaders and R&D teams;
  • Continuously look for opportunities to leverage technologies in order to work smarter and deliver better service to our customers and drivers;
    Lead new features throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Track and analyze features’ impact post launch 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Product Management in a leading tech company;
  • Experience with rolling out large and complex features from planning to delivery;
  • Work effectively with global stakeholders and affinity for results;
  • Analytical and data-driven personality with strong attention to details;
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and oral - in English;
  • Experience with business operations and/or customer care products - a major plus.
