Additional Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience of building systems for a web environment;

• Strong Leadership skills – Ability to inspire, motivate, train, and manage the team to deliver a WOW experience to all stakeholders;

• Solid experience leading a team in Agile Scrum methodology;

• Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities;

• Experience with distributed systems and micro services architecture;

• Experienced with large scale environments;

• Experienced with Open-source development model;

• Deep knowledge of Javascript internals/object oriented programming;

• Experienced in: SQL, NoSQL, Cloud environments (Amazon AWS);

• Hands-on and high capacity; sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards;

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Advantages:

• Ruby + Ruby on Rails experience;

• Scrum master certification is an advantage.
