The product is technologically sophisticated - it processes huge data sets (over 160 million profiles of candidates), machine learning algorithms are used for profile profiling, candidates' skills are evaluated automatically on the basis of professional reputation in the Network.

What are the responsibilities of an Account Executive?

Growth Hacking: the search for unusual methods of attracting leads, continuous analysis of the deal’s sources effectiveness;
Product Marketing management: preparation of marketing materials on the product: presentations, announcements of new features, training materials;
Partnership management: building relationships with international niche media, HR Tech vendors and other profiled companies;
Community Management: online and offline events (webinars, hackathons and conferences);
Other activities: content marketing, working with the site, extension, landing pages.

What are the role requirements?

You have worked in a similar position for at least two years, preferably with international markets;
You have an experience in content marketing: you made successful projects with large scale and high popularity;
Great analytical skill: previously you analyzed the results of marketing activities, set up analytics systems;
Fluent English;
Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred;
Experience in a SaaS, B2B;
You are driven, self-motivated, proactive, and excited about being at a start-up;
Successful business correspondence skills, excellent written literacy.
