The R&D team based in Tallinn, Estonia, and included now nearly 50 talented specialists.

You will work with a strong international team of machine learning experts, manage an engineer organization that needs to deliver results in computer vision.

The best candidate should be experienced as technical as in process issues. You will responsible for:

• coaching, managing and supporting a team;

• building a development culture with a balance of execution with engineering excellence;

• hiring new talents.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Python development, as well as 5+ years in software engineering;

• 2+ years of previous experience in team lead role;

• understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD process;

• higher technical education (it is necessary for employee visa);

• upper-intermediate English as a minimum.
